Delivery
All deliveries are made in order of our customers direct to the wished delivery address.
Depending upon size, and delivery address, our products will be delivered by an independent transport comopany wich is using the most appropriate accredited courier, furniture transporter or shipping agent.
All freight charges are included in the end price.
All customers are advised upon release of the goods to shipping agent.
Delivery time
Our standard products (black leather) are delivered in approximately to 2-3 weeks after order has been placed with us.
Some of our products can be supplied faster, that is within 5 to 7 days of the order being placed.
However, for special orders subject to individual requirements and specifications (for example non-standard leather types, sizes or colours, etc..) the delivery time can extend to about 5 weeks from the date of the order.
Our logistics system enables us to offer a fast and uncomplicated delivery tracking system to all our e customers.
Return policy / return / repayment
We offer our customers a 14 day approval period and money back guarantee for our standard products. Only products in original packaging with original invoice can be returned. Products, which have been damaged during the 14 days approval period, cannot be returned.
Customers are requested to fax or email a request for an acceptance docket from Inter Classic Design Ltd for goods being returned within the 14 days approval period.
All returned goods can be exchanged for others or a complete refund. Repayments will be made via credit notes on the customer account or via redeemable banker’s order or cheque within 5-7 working days after Inter Classic Design Ltd have received the returns. Inter Classic Design Ltd reserves the right to choose the method of repayment.
